Team
A manager with wide experience gained in PwC, Orange, RUCH, KBC, Totalizator Sportowy, WillisTowersWatson, and Adecco. He participated in company transformations, building strategies, and executing merging processes in operational, technological, and legal fields. He created and managed financial departments. He prepared RUCH SA for the IPO and ran this entire process. In Elimen, he is responsible for managing the company by ensuring its sustainable development in accordance with ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) principles, and in particular: developing and implementing strategies, forming and growing teams, commercialising products, creating supply and distribution channels, and obtaining funding.
A construction and electrical engineer working on power conversion systems, microwave systems, magnetic circuits for motors, multi-core embedded computer systems, digital processing of signals and acquisition systems, measurement and actuation of physical and electrical values. He is responsible for drive systems in the Elimen Fiesta ERX. He has ten years of experience designing control systems for e-drives, power conversion systems, and battery management systems.
In Elimen, he is responsible for technology-related issues. He has a long-lasting experience in leading production departments in plants manufacturing electrical and electronic equipment. In his professional career, he mostly cooperated with R&D departments and acted as an integrator of new solutions, which were then implemented into production processes.
She has over 20 years of experience in managing international projects and teams, which she gained in Procter & Gamble, Avon, L’Oreal, and Polish companies operating in technology-related industries – 3Novatica, GEECOGEN. She conducted numerous marketing and sales campaigns in the FMCG industry and the electromobility sector, with which she has been associated for more than 9 years. She coordinated research and development works, supervised the process of implementation of new products, and introduced new brands and start-ups into the market. In Elimen, she participates in creating and executing business strategies. She develops business, process, and cost optimisations and runs ongoing operating activities of Companies belonging to the Elimen Group.
Od ponad 20 lat jego pracuje przy projektach związanych z konstruowaniem nowych wyrobów, testowaniem ich i certyfikacją. Posiada doświadczenie w nadzorze nad procesami produkcyjnymi i w rozwiązywaniu problemów powstających w trakcie produkcji seryjnej. Uczestniczył w wielu projektach badawczo – rozwojowych i wdrożeniach innowacyjnych produktów. W Elimen Group zajmuje się projektowaniem części mechanicznych, wykonuje analizy MES, tworzy dokumentację wykonawczą.

In Elimen, he is responsible for technology-related issues. He has a long-lasting experience in leading production departments in plants manufacturing electrical and electronic equipment. In his professional career, he mostly cooperated with R&D departments and acted as an integrator of new solutions, which were then implemented into production processes.
He is responsible for co-creating designs of PCBs (footprints, drawings in Altium) and programming in C# (Windows Forms console and window applications). He also develops BMS for the testbed project, carries out engineering and mechanical works (physical project implementation), and inspects and tests machinery, equipment and software.
He is involved in building prototypes and measurement stations and supporting the design process. Major projects in which he participated include works on a testbed, a battery for Toyota GT86, and large-size energy storage. In the previous workplace, his works were associated with electromechanical tools.
He has been working in various mechanical workshops for 30 years. He carries out the following mechanical works relating to the company’s projects: installation and duplication of components for the testbed, utilisation of batteries in the testbed, construction of a small-size and large-size energy storage. He also deals with administration issues in the workshop.
Posiada kilkunastoletnie doświadczenie w programowaniu i projektowaniu elektroniki. W Zespole Elimen odpowiada za projektowanie instalacji niskiego i średniego napięcia (schemat ideowy, kreskowy, obliczenia zabezpieczeń, dobór komponentów elektrycznych, projektowanie szaf sterowniczych, itp.) a także zadania związane z uruchomieniem zaprojektowanych urządzeń. Projektuje układy analogowo – cyfrowe, rysuje schematy w Altium Designer wraz z projektem wielowarstwowym PCB (printed circuit board), dokonuje symulacji obwodów analogowych i cyfrowych, oblicza EMI, impedancję ścieżek itp. Obowiązki Łukasza obejmują także programowanie niskiego poziomu w języku C – Bare Metal, FreeRtos system czasu rzeczywistego i OS (embedded Linux); programowanie wysokopoziomowe w języku C# i C++ dla systemu Windows, Adroid, Linux, Linux Embedded, wykorzystuje też programy pomocnicze do obliczeń matematycznych – napisane w języku Python.
